About the Course

This is an 11-module course built specifically for internal auditors and aspiring lead / certification auditors, not general security staff. You'll work through every clause of ISO 18788:2015, including the Statement of Conformance, the Statement of Applicability and human rights risk analysis, with particular depth on Clause 8: operational control, the Code of Ethics, personnel screening and vetting, use of force, weapons and munitions, apprehension and search, and incident, grievance and whistle-blowing procedures. Two dedicated audit-methodology modules follow: internal auditing under ISO 19011, then leading or taking part in a certification audit through Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance and recertification. Each module pairs a lesson deck with a handout and quiz, and the course closes with a comprehensive 40-question final exam and a Certificate of Completion.
