About the Course

A customer or tender has asked for ISO certification, and you want to know what it really involves. This free course explains, in plain English, what certification is and is not, how to prepare your business, and what happens at the certification audit and over the three-year cycle that follows. It is written by a lead auditor with more than 20 years' experience, so it focuses on what auditors actually look for. There are three short modules, each with a slide deck, a downloadable handout and a 10-question quiz, followed by a 20-question Final Assessment. Achieve 75% or more in the Final Assessment to receive your Certificate of Completion.
